Your job – Your passion
In the area of customer support you are responsible for the management of maintenance, the creation and maintenance of Jira tickets as well as for the training of users
Furthermore, you will be responsible for quality assurance including the complete recording of errors and test documentation using tools such as Postman, Fitnesse, Zephyr or similar
You support your developer colleagues by, among other things, managing the dailies, clarifying functional questions, organizing and prioritizing pending tickets and removing obstacles
Internal communication between the departments involved as well as SLA management are also part of your tasks
In addition, you advise our customers on value propositions and goals
Your profile – Your strengths
You have completed your studies or similar qualification, e.g., in the fields of economics, engineering, MINT
In addition, you have (initial) work experience in the financial sector, consulting or in the IT environment
You have strong communication skills in English, work independently and are an absolute team player
