We are looking for an experienced QA engineer for manual testing.
Your Tasks
As a QA software test engineer, you will support us in developing our existing infrastructure and improving our applications through intensive manual dynamic and static testing
You support the development team in daily activities by planning, executing and documenting different test scenarios for features development and bug fixing
You plan and carry out manual regression, smoke and release testing
You build, support and improve our QA software test system, by managing test specifications, executions and reports
Throughout the entire process, you will be in close communication with other development teams, product owners and group leaders to support cross-functional development process
Your Strengths
Complete studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or others
You have a solid technical understanding of SDLC, software testing, WebUI testing and test automation
Next to experience in working with Python, Pytest, Git, Jenkins, Jira and Postman, knowledge of Allure, Bash, Linux, Raspberry Pi and GUI test tools would be a plus
You have proven experience of writing test specifications, planning test executions and preparing test reports
Also several years of experience with testing REST API and applications in embedded linux environments
Working knowledge of MQTT, networking systems and HIL testing is required, knowledge of performance & load testing and tools like JMeter would be desirable
You have strong English communication skills, German would be a plus
