This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Certified Innovation Pathway (CIP) and related executive education offerings, covering admissions, programme delivery, learner journey, and exploitation.
You will oversee candidate selection, guide participants from enrolment to graduation, and ensure high quality delivery in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Working with learning designers, digital learning teams, and profit & growth managers, you will support the development, promotion, and continuous improvement of executive education programmes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements.
The role requires strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, and occasional travel (up to five times per year) for residential components and key events.
Programme Delivery
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the Certified Innovation Pathway (CIP) and related executive education programmes, including online modules delivered with universities and partners, residential summer schools, and capstone projects.
- Coordinate the development of new or revised executive education offerings for professional audiences, from consortium scouting to public launch, in alignment with unit strategy.
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements (EIT Label, ECTS within academic partner organisations) and Horizon Europe funding rules, including data collection for formal accreditation processes.
- Design and manage the admissions process for the Certified Innovation Path (CIP) and related executive education programmes.
- Review applications, assess candidate profiles, and ensure alignment with programme requirements.
- Provide close learner monitoring, guidance, and support throughout the programme, with a strong focus on engagement, progression, and successful graduation.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness of programmes.
- Administrative and financial processes: managing invoices and developing reports in relation to the assigned programmes. Careful observance of Horizon Europe funds related needs and private funds management.
