As a Junior Customer Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) at MakerVerse, you play a key role in driving our commercial growth. You identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and convert them into new MakerVerse customers.
Depending on the complexity and strategic importance of the opportunity, you will either manage the sales process independently or collaborate closely with senior sales colleagues to ensure every customer receives the right commercial support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with customers, uncovering business needs, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with the wider Sales team, continuously develop your commercial and sales skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing B2B technology company.
Your Impact
New Business Development & Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, building a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Customer Qualification & Opportunity Management: Qualify inbound inquiries, assess customer needs, and determine the right commercial approach for each opportunity while guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
Sales Execution & Deal Conversion: Manage qualified opportunities from initial contact through closing, converting prospects into new customers whenever appropriate, while ensuring seamless handover to senior sales colleagues when needed.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their challenges, and create a positive first impression of MakerVerse. Reactivate existing customers and dormant leads to uncover new business opportunities.
Pipeline Quality & CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and contribute to a transparent, healthy sales pipeline through structured opportunity management and high-quality data.
Sales Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Continuously improve your sales skills, communication, and performance while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver a consistent, customer-centric experience.
