As Head of Processes, Methods and Tools, you are responsible for the definition, governance and continuous improvement of engineering methods and tool landscapes within our design organization.
Your primary focus lies on the effective use, optimization and integration of Teamcenter (PLM) and Polarion (Requirements Management) as core systems for structured product development.
This is not a purely strategic role - you will act as the system owner and backend administrator of our core engineering tools, ensuring performance, stability, data consistency and continuous improvement.
The role is focused on engineering and product development, with limited interaction with production.
