As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to be the right hand of the VP Commercial - running the day-to-day of the PACETEQ sales function and owning two critical areas of the business. You will sit at the centre of a fast-moving, high-impact commercial team, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners across Europe and beyond. Your job is to drive revenue, create structure, and make sure the commercial engine runs at the level the business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Day-to-Day Commercial Execution
Run the day-to-day rhythm of the commercial department - pipeline reviews, deal progression, cross-functional coordination
Be the connective tissue between sales, marketing, customer success, and product
Take ownership of key commercial projects and initiatives as the business evolves
Drive consistency, discipline, and momentum across the sales team
2. Strategic Sales & Solutions
Support and take ownership of complex, high-value sales opportunities across our motorsport activities - working alongside the VP Commercial and CEO
Manage strategic deals end to end - from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close
Bring commercial rigour and structure to our most important customer conversations
3. Performance & Forecasting
Own the sales performance layer - pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting, and target tracking
Be the CRM owner on the sales side - ensuring HubSpot is accurate, up to date, and generating meaningful insight
Give senior leadership clear, reliable visibility on where the business stands and where it is heading
4. Partnership Management
Manage and activate existing commercial partnerships - turning relationships into real joint commercial activity
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that open doors, expand our reach, and generate revenue
Be the face of PACETEQ in key partner relationships, alongside senior leadership
WHAT YOU BRING
7–10+ years in a commercial, sales, or sales operations role - ideally in SaaS, sports tech, motorsport, or high-growth B2B
Proven track record of running a full sales cycle independently - from prospecting to close
A natural leader - someone who creates structure, drives performance, and lifts the team around them
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A confident communicator - equally comfortable in a C-suite customer conversation and an internal pipeline review
High EQ, no ego, high standards
Motorsport, sports tech, or high-performance environment background is a plus - passion for the world we operate in always helps
