Tasks

As a Founders Associate intern you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic issues. Your tasks will include:

• You work directly with our customers to understand their goals, needs and use cases
• You'll connect with leading software providers and expand our partner network
• Plan and monitor progress, follow up with partners and ensure timely execution of all tasks required so that our clients are successful
• You will work with Softwaregini's product team to improve and evolve our product
• You will manage your own projects in various areas

Requirements

You are resilient, creative and reliable. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

• A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics or similar.
• First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager or customer success manager in the IT industry
• A great deal of self-confidence, empathy and sensitivity in dealing with others
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
• A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS
• A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems
• Business fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
