Aufgaben
As a Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE), you play a key role in acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and driving sustainable growth. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will quickly develop into a full-cycle sales professional, owning the entire process from prospecting to closing.
As an Account Executive:
You will use different channels and tools to research potential customers and test new prospecting methods according to our Ideal Customer Profile
You will qualify potential customers and generate opportunities for the deal pipeline (e.g., through cold calling)
You will make contact with key decision-makers in IT departments by phone, e-mail, social networks and other channels
As the first point of contact, you will give a tailored Stackgini pitch and present the product to potential clients
Work closely with the founders as you grow into full closing responsibility, ultimately managing deals autonomously from discovery to signature
Together with the founders, you will continuously improve our go-to-market approach and develop the sales organisation
Qualifikation
You are ambitious, motivated and performance-oriented. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:
1-2 years experience in corporate or enterprise sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
Strong communication skills with native-level fluency in German and excellent proficiency in Englis
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently, while also thriving as part of a team
Prefereably, you have profound experience in working with enterprise IT departments as this will be your ICP environment
You are a team player
Experience in Hubspot or other CRM systems is an advantage
