Regiofixx GmbH is a specialized technical service company focused on projector repair, AV/event technology and selected industrial electronic systems. We are looking for a highly experienced repair technician for our workshop in Surwold, Germany.
This is a hands-on workshop position for experienced professionals only. We are not looking for entry-level candidates or general installers. We are looking for someone who can independently diagnose faults, repair electronic assemblies and deliver clean, reliable technical work to a high standard.

Tasks
Diagnose and repair projectors and related electronic equipment in our workshop
Perform fault finding on component, board and system level
Replace defective electronic components and carry out rework where required
Perform functional tests, safety checks and final quality control after repair
Document faults, repair work and test results in a clear and structured way
Assess technical condition, repair feasibility and repair qualit
Support the continuous improvement of internal repair and testing processes Qualifikation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair
Proven practical experience in projector repair, AV equipment repair or comparable board-level electronic repair
Strong fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Good practical experience with soldering, component replacement and repair on board level
Confident use of measuring instruments, tools and technical documentation
Independent, precise and structured way of working
Ability to work on site in Surwold, Germany
English skills sufficient for technical communication and documentation
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with projectors, AV technology or industrial electronic systems
Experience with thermal, power supply, mainboard or optical fault patterns
Technical training in electronics, electrical engineering or a comparable field
